FirstMonday Art Salon with Patsy Lowry

Burton Barr Central Library will host artist Patsy Lowry for a presentation and discussion of her work. The free program is part of Phoenix Public Library's FirstMondays Art Salon. Well-known for her vibrant use of color, Lowry creates paintings and bronzes celebrating the Arizona landscape. Her work has been exhibited nationally in museums and galleries for nearly four decades. In 2007, Lowry was named Artist of the Year by the Art Renaissance Initiative. A third generation Arizona native, Lowry holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication and theatre from Arizona State University.
